IN a wonderful show of compassion and solidarity several stakeholders in the golf industry joined hands to organise a charity game for the benefit of Malaysian professional Murthy Somasundaram, whose house was gutted by fire.

The event raised RM41,000 and attracted a field of 60, with other supporters and well-wishers contributing to the cause despite not playing.
