Daniel Mohd Sidek carded a one-over 73 to take the lead at the 100PLUS Malaysian Junior Open.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s Daniel Mohd Sidek recovered from a bad start to card a one-over 73 and take the lead in the opening round of the 100PLUS Malaysian Junior Open at the Glenmarie Golf and Country Club.

His compariot Albright Chong, who is vying for a place in next month’s Myanmar SEA Games squad, finished a close second with a two-over 74 on Wednesday.
