(Reuters) -Gabon striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has left Saudi Pro League side Al-Qadsiah after one season, the club said on Thursday.

"Thank you, Oba. All the best," the club posted on X without providing more details.

The former Arsenal player joined Al-Qadsiah last year, after they were promoted to the top-tier league.

During his one-season spell, the 36-year-old scored 21 goals and made three assists in 36 matches in all competitions, helping the team finish fourth in the league and reach the King's Cup final, where they lost to Al-Ittihad.
