Soccer-Getafe keen to keep hold of Man Utd loanee Greenwood

(Reuters) - Getafe President Angel Torres said the LaLiga side hope to keep Mason Greenwood for another season and that he does not expect the forward to return to parent club Manchester United at the end of the campaign.

The 22-year-old joined Getafe on loan in September after United said they wanted to avoid him becoming a distraction despite all criminal charges against him being dropped following allegations, which Greenwood denied, of assault and attempted rape.
