(Reuters) - Newly-appointed Lazio manager Igor Tudor expressed satisfaction with his first match at the helm as his side managed to grab a last-ditch 1-0 win against Juventus at home on Saturday.

Lazio's slim hopes of a Champions League spot remain alive and they now have a psychological edge as they prepare to face Juve on Tuesday in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final.
