PETALING JAYA: After skipping the Merdeka Tournament campaign last month due to dengue, Paulo Josue is not about to miss out on another chance to increase his goal tally for his newly adopted country in the two upcoming 2026 World Cup-2027 Asian Cup qualifiers this month.
A Brazilian by birth but given Malaysian citizenship earlier this year, Josue is expected to be among the key players in coach Kim Pan-gon’s plans to gain maximum points when the national side troop out to take on world No. 97 ranked Kyrgyzstan at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil tomorrow.
