Soccer-Solskjaer hopes Man Utd resurgence can convince Pogba, Cavani to stay

(Reuters) - Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said he hopes the club's progress this season will convince French midfielder Paul Pogba and Uruguayan striker Edinson Cavani to extend their stay at Old Trafford.

The contract of World Cup winner Pogba, who joined United from Juventus for 89 million pounds ($122.94 million) in 2016, is set to run out in 2022.
