PETALING JAYA: Selangor fans can look forward to the mouth-watering partnership of Ifedayo Olusegun and Rufino Segovia next year.
The Nigerian Olusegun, who was the team’s top scorer in 2019 with 16 goals in 20 games in all competitions, is excited to join hands with Segovia, who was Selangor’s top scorer in 2018 with 31 goals from 35 matches.The 28-year-old said when he signed for Selangor midway through the season, he expected to partner the Spaniard. But due to nagging knee injuries, Segovia could not play for the Red Giants in 2019.
