PETALING JAYA: Malaysia centreback Irfan Zakaria reckons his best is yet to come after surviving his baptism of fire in the AFF Suzuki Cup semi-finals.

The Kuala Lumpur player was thrown into the deep end in the second leg against Thailand after Aidil Zafuan Abdul Razak picked up a hamstring injury at the Rajamangala Stadium on Wednesday.
