GEORGE TOWN: Mohd Faiz Subri is feeling on top of the world.

The 29-year-old Penang striker is honoured to be shortlisted for the 2016 FIFA Puskas Award (best goal) together with nine others, including superstars Lionel Messi and Neymar.
