PALEMBANG: Desperate Frenz United Indonesia (FUI) needed a big win to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Frenz International Cup Under-18 tournament.

And the Indonesian side, comprising players from Iran and Malaysia, did just that in their last Group A match when they defeated Guangzhou Evergrande 3-0 at the Gelora Sriwijaya Stadium in Jakabaring here last night.
