Crocs lack bite up front

GEORGE TOWN: Sarawak coach Robert Alberts pointed to the lack of a cutting edge from his foreign strikers as the main reason for his team’s 1-0 Super League defeat at home to Kelantan on Saturday.

The Crocs fielded Serbian Milorad Janjus and Iranian Alireza Abbasfard up front against the Red Warriors. The home side enjoyed more possession than their opponents, but both the strikers failed to trouble Kelantan goalkeeper Khairul Fahmi Che Mat.
