PETALING JAYA: Lions XII are the champions of the Super League after running riot over stragglers Felda United 4-0 in their penultimate fixture at the Jalan Besar Stadium last night.

The Under-23 Singapore side, playing without any foreign pros compared to the other Malaysian teams, now have an unassailable lead in the 12-team standings with 43 points. The Singaporeans only returned to Malaysian football last year after a lapse of 18 years.
