Time for answers: Azizulhasni Awang is ready to continue his pursuit of a place at the next Olympics but only if the authorities are clear that they genuinely want and need him to remain part of the national set-up.

PETALING JAYA: It is rare for national track cyclist Azizulhasni Awang to speak up unless he is really pushed into a corner.

And yesterday, Azizul snapped, serving the National Sports Council (NSC) an ultimatum over his Los Angeles 2028 plans, either get serious about retaining his services or he will walk away from the Asian Games, World Championships and Olympic qualification campaign.
