Veteran rider Harrif seeks home soil glory


No easy feat: Mohd Harrif was victorious in the second stage in 2019 and repeated his success in the fifth and seventh stages in 2020.

PETALING JAYA: Mohd Harrif Saleh is the “old man” of the Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) which starts in Terengganu today – but he won’t let his age stand in the way.

While most of the racers are in their mid-20s, the Terengganu Polygon Cycling Team sprinter, who has competed in 13 of the 26 editions of the race, is already 35.
