Making heads turn: Lau New Joe clinched the bronze medal for Malaysia in boys’ road race at the Commonwealth Youth Games in Trinidad and Tobago.

PETALING JAYA: Former speed skater Lau New Joe continued to impress in his new sporting event when he claimed the bronze medal in the boys’ road race cycling competition at the Youth Commonwealth Games in Trinidad and Tobago.

It is also the first medal for the Malaysian contingent participating in the ongoing edition of the Youth Commonwealth Games in Port of Spain.
