Cycling - UCI chief calls for Team Sky investigation

LONDON (Reuters) - Cycling's governing body (UCI) should investigate if Team Sky broke anti-doping rules, UCI President David Lappartient told the BBC on Wednesday.

A British parliamentary committee report published on Monday said Team Sky crossed an "ethical line" by using permitted medication to enhance the performance of Tour de France winner Bradley Wiggins.
