Qaiyum hoping to punch his way to success in Asiad

PETALING JAYA: The odds might be stacked against boxer Mohd Abdul Qaiyum Ariffin but he is determined to punch above his weight to end Malaysia’s 21-year wait for a medal in the Asian Games.

Adnan Yusoh was the last one to win a medal for the country when he captured a bronze in the 60kg at the 2002 Games in Busan, South Korea.
