SEPANG: Rexy Mainaky (pic) is one who does not shy away from new challenges and he is more than happy to groom juniors despite carrying a heavy burden as the national doubles coaching director.

Rexy feels that his new role will enable him to identify potential juniors and turn them into quality performers early so that they can start making faster progress as senior pairs.
