Special incentive awaits All-England champion

PETALING JAYA: National men’s singles ace Lee Zii Jia, who lifted the All-England badminton title last week, is set to receive a special incentive from the Kedah state government.

Kedah Mentri Besar Mohd Sanusi Md Nor said the form of remuneration was still being considered but a special ceremony to celebrate the Kedah-born athlete’s achievement will be held once the latter had gone through his quarantine period after returning home.
