KUALA LUMPUR: Soniia Cheah will be the nation’s only hope for a representative in the women’s singles event at the Tokyo 2020 OIympics if ace player Goh Jin Wei falls out of contention.
The 19-year-old Jin Wei, ranked 26th in the world, is currently sidelined indefinitely as she is still struggling to recover from a stomach ailment.
