KUCHING: National shuttler Lee Chong Wei has put up another solid show to take a step closer to his 12th Malaysian Open title.

Yesterday, the 34-year-old tamed a spirited Jeon Hyeok-jin of South Korea in what looked like a regular training session with a sensational 21-11, 21-14 win to reach the men's singles semi-finals at Stadium Perpaduan in Petra Jaya.
