KUNSHAN: Thailand shuttler Ratchanok Intanon is set to wrest the world No. 1 ranking in women’s singles from Spaniard Carolina Marin, but it’s the Rio de Janeiro Olympics that’s on her mind.

The reigning Asian champion, known back home as Nong May, ended her Uber Cup campaign undefeated although Thailand were eliminated 3-1 by India in the quarter-finals on Thursday.
