KUALA LUMPUR: The Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) will make an appeal the Youth and Sports Ministry to include reigning world junior girls’ singles champion Goh Jin Wei in the Podium Programme.

BAM secretary Ng Chin Chai says that although Jin Wei did not meet the requirements set by the programme selectors, “she has great potential”.
