Don't change the format: Jorgensen

NEW DELHI: Danish shuttler Jan Jorgensen, who is the only non-Asian player in the top 10 of the singles world rankings, is not in favour of the Badminton World Federation (BWF) making changes to the Thomas Cup format or the scoring system for the sport.

There is talk of BWF planning to introduce two singles and one doubles format to shorten the ties in the Thomas Cup competition.
