PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Games (Sukma) will begin on Saturday, but the psychological war has already started, with states offering different perks to motivate their athletes.

Hosts Selangor are dangling a RM10,000 reward for every gold medal, with the incentive equal for both able-bodied and para athletes.
