PETALING JAYA: National athlete Daren James Nair got the perfect birthday gift when he broke his own personal best time at the Asics Meta: Time: Trials Thailand 10km category at the Rama 8 Bridge and Park in Bangkok.
The 23-year-old Daren delivered a standout performance by clocking an impressive time of 32:32s and coming in sixth in Bangkok on Sept 14.
