Danish stays grounded for SEA Games slot despite rousing run at M’sian Open

PETALING JAYA: National sprinter Danish Iftikhar Mohd Roslee clocked an impressive time at the Malaysian Open but is keeping his feet on the ground as he eyes a possible debut at the Thailand SEA Games in Decem­ber.

The 18-year-old finished with a personal best of 10.26s in the men’s 100m final at the Tuanku Syed Putra Stadium in Kangar last Friday, which was better than the 2023 SEA Games winning time of 10.37.
