Training at night not a long stretch for shot putter Nani

PETALING JAYA: National shot putt record holder Nani Sahirah Maryata believes a change in her training schedule during the month of Ramadan will not affect her preparations for the Selangor Open from April 12-13.

The 23-year-old Nani has changed her training routine from the usual morning and evening sessions at the National Sports Council (NSC ) to night time.
