Azeem wins 100m Sukma gold

KUALA LUMPUR: Mohd Azeem Fahmi has emerged as the fastest man in the Malaysia Games (Sukma).

The Perakian won the race in 10.25s. Johor’s Mohd Arsyad Saat took silver with a time of 10.46s, while Negri Sembilan’s Mohd Haiqal Hanafi took bronze with a time of 10.50s.

Meanwhile, in the women’s 100m, Pahang’s Nor Sarah Adi won the event in 11.91s.

Sabah’s Nur Aishah Rofina Aling took silver with a time of 12.08s, while Nur Afrina Batrisyia Mohd Rizal took bronze with 12.10s.
