Former national athlete proud of daughter Shereen Vallabouy's US track-and-field victories


PETALING JAYA: Like any mother, former national athlete Josephine Mary Singarayar is proud of her 23-year-old daughter’s success in the United States, but has reminded her to stay humble in order to achieve more.

Shereen Samson Vallabouy (pic) is rocking it in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II track and field competition and recently showed that she could emulate her mother, who also ran the 400m in the past.
