KUALA LUMPUR: Elena Goh Ling Yin is in a desperate situation.

The Kuala Lumpur lass, who won the 10, 000m walk gold at the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games in 2017, is ill-prepared for this year’s Games as the Philippines organising committee had initially excluded the walk events.
