Eager Aimi goes from cycling to triathlon

AIMI Iwasaki can’t help but feel restless over the past week. That is understandable. It will be the first time Aimi dons her wetsuit to make the plunge into the waters off Subic Bay for the start of the triathlon competition.

The 24-year-old was to have made her SEA Games debut in Kuala Lumpur two years ago in the road cycling competition but a knee injury crushed her hopes and she was excluded.
