THE Malaysian Paediatric Association (MPA) expresses its deepest condolences to the families affected by the recent act of violence that claimed the life of a 16-year-old female student.

The association is deeply disturbed by the widespread circulation of distressing videos and images related to the incident. Such acts violate human dignity and constitute a secondary form of harm that prolongs trauma and impedes recovery. The MPA strongly urges the public and all social media users to cease disseminating such content and to respect the dignity and privacy of those involved.
