I WRITE this as someone who, like many of my neighbours, endured the trauma of the Putra Heights gas pipeline explosion on April 1. In those desperate hours, I watched flames climb like unwanted fireworks in the sky and felt my own sense of security shatter alongside my windows.
Yet, today I do not write merely to dwell on grief. We must move forward, not by forgetting but by demanding change.
