I REFER to the report “Negri Sembilan assemblymen agree on stray dogs culling in Malay-majority areas” (The Star, April 30; online at bit.ly/42ZIEsr).

I’m sure other Negri Sembilan residents join me in pleading with all the state assemblymen to adopt a more humane solution to deal with the overwhelming population of strays in the state.
