Gaps in rights advocacy

THE death toll from Israel’s war on Gaza has now reached nearly 62,000, including thousands previously reported missing but now presumed dead, while the full extent of material and environmental destruction remains unknown.

Amid the international community’s responses to the conflict, Malaysia has emerged as a strong advocate for Palestinian rights. Its participation in the Hague Group, the sole Asian nation to do so, aligns with its long-standing advocacy for Palestinian rights and commitment to international justice.
