Poor experience at RTD branch

I VISITED a branch of the Road Transport Department (RTD) in Petaling Jaya two days before Hari Raya in April to transfer a vehicle registration card from my late husband’s name to mine. All the paperwork was completed, but then the officer discovered that a hyphen (-) was missing in the chassis number recorded in the computer.

Unfortunately, the specific officer who could rectify this issue was on leave, so I was asked to return another day.
