ON Dec 12, the respected science journal Nature (in existence since 1869) published a list of countries with the highest rate of retracted research papers. For those who might not be aware, retracting a published article is not a good thing – some form of misconduct is usually the cause of papers being pulled from publications.
Shockingly, Malaysia ranks a high No.6 among countries from all over the world that contribute to Nature.
