I AM writing to express my strong support for the introduction of Person with Dialysis Treatments Cards (PDT cards) or Kad Orang dengan Rawatan Dialisis (ORD kad) in our country’s healthcare system.
As a concerned citizen, I have sent my proposal on this to the Health Minister but have yet to receive any positive response from her. I hope to shed some light on the importance of implementing this initiative.
