I WOULD like to bring this matter regarding the delay in refunding booking fees for the purchase of a new house to the attention of the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry.
In November 2022 I viewed a development project and, being pleased with what I saw at the showroom, placed a booking fee of RM1,000 for one unit using my credit card. I then proceeded with the loan application at a local bank.
