I REFER to the report “Selangor detects a second rabies case, says state Health director” (The Star, April 24; online at https://bit.ly/3EKGdh5).
It is sad to read that a man has succumbed to rabies and another is still being treated for the disease at the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (HTAR) Klang.
