Educate workers about sexual harassment

I REFER to the report “Employers who fail to act will face stiffer fines” that appeared in The Star yesterday and which said “An amendment to Section 81F of the Employment Act 1955 concerning complaints on sexual harassment will see a five-fold increase in fines from RM10,000 to RM50,000” (online at bit.ly/star_stiffer).

My question is whether the five-fold increase in penalties will make employers be more responsible and take sexual harassment in the workplace seriously?
