Get on with border reopening

I REFER to the report on the briefing by the National Recovery Council (NRC) for the reopening of our borders.

I am disappointed to find out that the Health Ministry is still in the process of coming up with the standard operating procedure for border reopening, and that there are several stages to go through for it to be approved, as reported in “Covid-19: Border reopening possible by early second quarter this year, says KJ” (The Star, Feb 19; online at https://bit.ly/3IcD4Y7).
