Centre could do with better operating procedures

I TOOK my mum to an eye specialist centre for cataract surgery recently, and I must say I was quite disappointed with the centre because I felt there were things that were not done right.

First of all, patients were required to self-test for Covid-19 a day before their surgery and to photograph the result along with their MyKad. Only those with negative results would be allowed to proceed for their scheduled surgery.
