RECENTLY, there has been somewhat exacerbated focus by the public on the vaccination status of the daily numbers of those detected as Covid-19 positive, according to categories of severity.
However, it must be made clear that although daily Covid-19 case data provides some important insights, it cannot and should not be used to make any inferences to the population country-wide due to its biases.
