AS the proverb goes, “Time and tide wait for no man”. In the case of the Sexual Harassment Bill, the passing of the Bill is certainly taking its time, and the tide has not changed due to the Malaysian Parliament being suspended with no clear indication of when it will reconvene.
Where is the consideration and positive action needed to ensure that this significant Bill will be dealt with urgently?
