How about some help for those who registered early?

YESTERDAY, I read about the frustration faced by MT Loy as he waits anxiously for his vaccination appointment (“Seeking information on status of vaccine registration”, June 4, The Star; online at bit.ly/star_views).

My wife is in the same predicament as Loy. She registered on her MySejahtera app on Feb 23. Till today, she is still waiting for her vaccination appointment. I accessed the Covid-19 hotline and the MySejahtera Helpdesk, etc, but could not get any help anywhere. They didn’t entertain us.
