Litterbugs, think before throwing out your trash

I HAVE seen many people calmly throwing rubbish from their cars onto parking lots and other public areas. Some even wind down their car window and throw their trash out while the vehicle is still moving.

I would like to appeal to these litterbugs to immediately stop what they are doing. It is a reflection of their low mentality no matter how well educated or how high they are on the social ladder.
