Extend limitations until 2021

THE Malaysian Bar is appreciative of the government’s establishment through its Legal Affairs Division of the Covid-19 mediation centre or Pusat Mediasi Covid-19 (“PMC-19”) to assist the public in resolving certain disputes arising from inability to perform certain contractual obligations as a result of the restrictions arising out of the Covid-19 pandemic.
